Elevation Studios presents an evening of Dance.
ACT 1: "Introduction", is a collection of diverse pieces danced by Off The Floor company memebers consitsting of our most advanced teen company memebers. Off The Floor dancers have the opportunity to work with all of Elevation Studios in house choreographers, learning each choreographers style and technique. Members will also perform a piece collectively co-choreographed by company members. Works in Jazz, Modern, Contemporary, and Lyrical will be viewed in this eclectic INTRODUCTION to our New Off The Floor Company!
ACT 2: "Ghosts" is the brilliant work of the company "Marrow Dance", lead by directors Jason Gorman and Nicole Hogg. Marrow Dance is a new Southern California based dance company that's idea is to engage the viewer by dissecting the human condition through the use of intricate gestural movement and dynamic musicality. Co-Founders Jason Gorman and Nicole Hogg aim to inspire both artist and audience through passionate movement that focuses on honesty and raw emotion with a strong backbone of technique and training. GHOSTS is Marrow's first full length endeavor for the stage.
